Biography
Patrialores Bruno works at the firm since 2012. Admitted to professional practice in 2001.
In the years 2006 to 2008, she completed her postgraduate and master's studies at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), focused on the area of civil procedural law. She has participated in seminars and workshops related to the proceedings before the Land Court, the procedures provided for in its regulations and the supplementary common law, civil liability, real estate guarantees and labor relations.
Areas of Practice
Patrialores Bruno develops her professional practice in the areas of Administrative Law, Civil Law, Real Estate Law and Civil Procedure, as well as registration of privileges and mortgages on real estate, litigious real estate processes, determinations of heirs, evictions of illegal occupants before the State Attorney and the Courts of Real Estate Jurisdiction, administrative and judicial demarcations, among others.
Likewise, she has experience in the drafting of contracts that support processes of real estate negotiations, furniture, rental and loans, as well as patrimonial reorganizations of family and business groups.
