Biography
Heidy Guerrero González has been part of the firm since 2010.
For over more than a decade, she has focused her practice successfully on Litigation on different branches of law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has participated in numerous diplomas, seminars, workshops and forums, local and international, on civil procedure, arbitration and consumer law.
Areas of Practice
Heidy has participated in important civil and commercial litigations on contractual breaches, medical liability, agency and representation, consumer law, copyright, family law, unfair competition and enforcement channels, among others.
Her skills as a litigator also extend to the areas of administrative, constitutional and labor law.
Likewise, she has intervened in domestic arbitrations administered by the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo.
Her experience has allowed her to advise people and companies from different sectors, in consultations on the prevention of litigious contingencies.
