Biography
Edward Piña Fernández has been part of the firm since 2002.
He has led multiple due diligence and procurement processes in various industries, including energy, financial, aeronautics, hydrocarbons, tourism and pharmaceuticals. He regularly advises companies from their ordinary business transactions, to aspects of tax planning, asset and debt restructuring, and the design of their labor policies for their human resources departments.
Since 2015, he has been a professor at the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), teaching Commercial Contracts and Consumer Law.
He has completed Diplomas in Banking Law and Regulation of Financial Markets and in Aeronautical Law.
