Biography
Rosa Mena has been a member of the team since 2004.
She specializes in Corporate Law and takes an active part both locally and internationally in seminars and workshops in corporate, monetary, financial and intellectual property matters.
Areas of Practice
Rosa Mena represents local and international clients in all legal aspects of their projects, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax matters and commercial transactions.
She is experienced in securing public authorization, licenses and special registrations, in financial markets and the electric sector, public bidding, drafting and reviewing license and franchise agreements, and has worked in negotiating contracts for the purchase of energy by alternative power generation enterprises (green projects)
She is likewise an expert in securing permits for the implementation and operation of gaming and entertainment businesses, as well as in their regulation.
She covers intellectual property, therein carrying out registration and renewal of patents, trademarks, industrial design and related matters.
