Biography

Edward Piña Fernández has been a member of the team since 2008.

He has leaded many due diligence and acquisitions in different industries, such as energy, the financial sector, hydrocarbons, tourism and pharmaceuticals. He usually provides assistance to enterprises in business operations ranging from regular business to fiscal planning and assets and debt restructuring, as well as designing labor policies for human resources departments.
